MORNING GUIDED TOUR CHECK-IN: 8:00 AM | TOTAL TOUR TIME: 8 HOURS. For those who like to sleep in, we offer a morning guided vehicle tour of the summit. WHATS INCLUDED KONA mountain bikes: Designed for downhill biking with hydraulic disc brakes DAKINE backpacks Helly Hansen rain gear Bell helmets WHAT TO BRING Close-toed shoes Layered clothing Sweatshirt or jacket Sweatpants or jeans (comfortable, no bell bottoms) A knit cap or hat Sunglasses or regular prescription glasses Sunscreen Camera Day pack (to store belongings in the vehicle) Small snacks Water Return time for Sunrise is approximately 12:00 pm Return time for Morning is approximately 3:00 pm RESTRICTIONS: All riders must be at least 15 years old All riders must have recent bicycle riding experience (within the last 12 months) All riders must be over 4'10" tall No pregnant riders No riders weighing over 300 lbs Riders must be physically capable to endure this outdoor activity Riders must be free of any medications that may cause drowsiness/inattentiveness
